Attachment Description: Attorney Letter

Instructions:
Right click on the applicable document icon below to download the Attorney Letter. This document is available in Microsoft Word file format.

A box will appear, select the "Save Target As" option. The "Save As" window will appear. You will then need to navigate to the appropriate location/directory of where you want to save the document. Pressing the "Save" button will store the document in the selected location/directory for access with Microsoft Word.

Once the ‘Attorney Letter’ has been saved, printed on agency letterhead, and signed by the executive director the letter should be sent to the Office of the Attorney General.
