Welcome to DFA’s Office of Capitol Facilities Maintenance Request Portal. In order to better serve our agency tenants, we have implemented a new maintenance request system. First, the system is now entirely online. We no longer accept requests via phone. Second, your agency has assigned a Maintenance Request Administrator(s) to submit maintenance requests on your agency’s behalf. Your Administrator(s) has been provided with unique credentials to access the portal. Therefore, please consult your agency’s Administrator(s) to submit a request. Thank you.
