Thank you for contacting DFA’s Office of Capitol Facilities Maintenance Request Office. Before proceeding with your message via the email address below please note that we have implemented a new Maintenance Request system. Your agency has assigned an Administrator(s) to submit maintenance requests. Your Administrator(s) has been provided with unique credentials to access the Maintenance Request Portal. Therefore, if you have a request, please consult your agency’s Administrator(s).

We respectfully ask that you do not submit Maintenance requests through this email.
